Linde is currently seeking Regional Training Manager to join the team. Please note that will be located in a position in one of the following; Chicago, Illinois, or Cleveland, Ohio. Job Responsibilities: ㄺ lead or participate in safety, O & E, and audit IMSS HQAA. Support the plants during the FDA / HQAA / DOH audit. Resources to audit the audit to support cooperation with the resources necessary to meet the SHEQ audit plan. ㄺ support the CSCM President of Supply? The region in achieving the key findings in the field of safety, reliability, efficiency, cost and customer service. ㄺ regional coordinator to take corrective action request (CAR) to manage and track achievement. CAR to identify issues of order. ㄺ coordinate compliance with the CSCM Regional warnings and directions. ㄺ plant projects and regional support for the management of engineering change process to ensure compliance with the site. ㄺ participate in the reviews LeadSite to ensure the implementation of the project and record savings in tool HBO. ㄺ command and control of a regional training and practical test CSCM and resources and coordinated manner. Development of training standards and practical guidelines for the assessment of the workers on the front lines. As a coach for the behavioral and safety, and the Library of IMSS, Traccess, Director of Audit and HQAA. ㄺ provide direct support for the supply areas in the development of work instructions and procedures necessary to comply with the quality system LIMSS. ㄺ serve as a regional issue of CSCM experts (SMEs) for the local and global LIMSS library content standards, are responsible for ensuring that the updates library meet the standards of quality model and propose improvements to the standards related to the promotion of best operating practices. Create, implement and communicate the new standard operating procedures as appropriate. ㄺ role of small and medium-sized regional management review. Responsible for identifying relevant issues that affect the statutory management system for feedback in the platform of leadership and management review. ㄺ serve as a regional lead CSCM responsible for ensuring compliance with the location of the accident / incident / near the call of Ms / fake, including training, investigation and facilitation in the use of causal analysis tree. ㄺ various programs, lead and direct projects to support the CSCM high performance and continuous improvement in the region. ㄺ support front-line managers in attracting, hiring, on boarding, and provide professional development to the staff of the region. Driving new initiatives to train with rental managers and staff on the front lines. ㄺ work with area managers and procurement to ensure compliance with procurement processes and provide training to close the gaps that have been identified. ㄺ SAP training and specific training to comply with the requirements of the medical P2E as well as a template for Linde

Minimum qualifications:. ㄺ bachelor's degree in education, training or engineeringㄺ 7 years experience minimum in the same industry.ㄺ excels in all aspects of the tool determines LIMSS.ㄺ a full understanding of the best operating practices and technical standards for Linde, OSHA, and FDA. HQAA. ㄺ certified Six Sigma Black Belt plus job skills. ㄺ functional knowledge and strong plant operations and transport operations ㄺ functional knowledge and a strong exercise of respiratory and critical medical equipment. ㄺ HQAA knowledge of practices and requirements. ㄺ extensive knowledge.
